The organization provides training and services to adults with mental/physical disabilities and infants birth to age three with developmental delays or conditions of risk which could result in a developmental delay.

New Horizons is CARF accreditated and a member agency of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities and the United Fund of Dearborn County.
