New Horizons was established by a group of parents to provide integrated programs for those individuals with developmental delays. Over the years the agency has developed and expanded programs and services to include infants, residential support and community employment. As needs are identified, programs and services are developed.

The agency is guided by a mission to provide information, services and supports to empower, educate and enable individuals, families and the community.
